Shipping policy
Once you have placed your order, we will package and post your item to the address specified during your purchase. Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for address mistakes. We ask that you check the address before completing your payment.
You will receive an email to acknowledge that we have received your order and a second email once your item(s) have been dispatched.
We use several different types of postal service providers, including Evri and DPD. Please select the right service to ensure that your order is covered by right level of compensation.
All claims for lost/damaged parcels will be limited to the value shown by the service you have selected. For example Evri covers up to £20 and DPD is £100.
